Founded in 2019 by two Bend locals tired of seeing neighbors get nickel-and-dimed by national franchises — PrimeX is built on transparent pricing, honest work, and a serious commitment to keeping Central Oregon clean.

PrimeX Junk Removal started the way most good things in Central Oregon do — over a beer at a brewery on NW Galveston, complaining about something broken. In our case, it was the junk removal industry: surprise fees, sketchy crews, two-week waits for a single couch pickup, and big national franchises charging Bend prices but giving you call-center service.

So in the spring of 2019 we bought one used dump truck, printed up some shirts, and started hauling junk for our neighbors in NE Bend. Word spread fast. Within a year we were running three trucks across Bend, Redmond, and Sisters. Today we’re proud to be one of Central Oregon’s highest-rated junk removal companies, with 387 verified five-star Google reviews and a customer base that stretches from La Pine to Madras.

What makes us different

Every junk removal company says they’re “fast, friendly and affordable.” That’s the bare minimum. What we actually do differently is treat every job — from a single mattress haul in Old Mill District to a full estate cleanout in Awbrey Butte — the same way we’d treat a job for our own grandma. That means:

We text you photos when we arrive so you know who’s at your door.
We sweep up after every haul. You should never know we were there, except that the junk is gone.
We donate & recycle aggressively — we work with Habitat ReStore, NeighborImpact, Deschutes Recycling and others to divert up to 70% of what we collect.
We answer the phone. Real human, every time, 7am to 8pm, seven days a week.

Where we go

Our trucks cover the entire Central Oregon region within roughly 50 miles of downtown Bend. That includes Bend (every neighborhood — NE, NW, SE, SW, Old Mill, Awbrey, Tetherow, you name it), Redmond, Sisters, Sunriver, La Pine, Prineville, Madras, Tumalo and Terrebonne. If you’re not sure if you’re in our zone, just call — we usually say yes.

Who We Serve

Roughly 60% of our work is residential — homeowners doing spring cleans, downsizing, prepping for a move, or just finally clearing out that garage they’ve been avoiding for ten years. The other 40% is commercial: property managers turning over rentals, realtors prepping listings in NW Bend, contractors clearing job-site debris in Tetherow, and businesses doing office or retail cleanouts.
